Obviously, you'll phone the bank. Let them know that they need to take a look at the lock. Although... What will the bank do with the money? Gamble it all on Credit Default Swaps? Whatever they are. And look at the way they treat their staff. It really isn't easy to sympathise with a faceless multinational corporation.
On the other hand you could put that money to good use, recycling it straight back into the economy. A bit like the Bank of England but without the red tape. And taking it might even be a better way to teach the bank to look after it's customer's money? You might be doing them a favour. A small price to pay to learn a valuable lesson.
It seems like a victimless crime. But is it? It needs to be risk-free, but can a plan ever be foolproof? Of course, it's clearly a one-off opportunity. Although you never know where these things can lead...
